1. General Provisions

2.1 One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, or if multiple accounts are operated from the same device or IP address, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses received will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login details (username and password) secure. The member is personally responsible for all activity on their account. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, ck444 support must be notified immediately.

2.3 Third-Party Use

No member may allow another person to use their account. Placing bets or playing games on behalf of a third party through an account is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Verification and Identity

To become a member at ck444, you must be at least 21 years of age. At the time of registration or at any time afterwards, ck444 may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification.

ck444 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until age or identity has been confirmed. If false documents are submitted during verification, the account will be permanently closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at ck444 are carried out through mobile banking. The currently supported methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each offer is available subject to specific conditions, and those conditions must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used in games.
• Winnings earned through a bonus will be withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a member is found to have misused a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonus, slot festival bonus, cricket season bonus, birthday reward, and referral bonus — each has its own terms and wagering requirements. These promotions are available only to eligible members, and any attempt to claim them fraudulently may result in account closure.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server downtime, loss of internet connection, or a technical error on the part of the game provider, ck444 will resolve the situation according to its own rules. In such cases, the game provider's decision shall be final.

In sports betting, if the odds change after a bet has been accepted, the original accepted odds will apply. However, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, ck444 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ck444 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• If registration using false information is proven
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• If suspicious activity is detected for security reasons
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period

8.1 Self-Closure of Account

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw the available balance subject to all wagering requirements being met.

8.2 Break for Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability
